It’s here! The long awaited EPM-G
Yes, you’re right! It’s back or is it new? The EPM-G from PTS Syndicate which replicates the ledgendary “Magpul P-MAG” designed for the G36 rifle series. If you remember, there was a previous version available years ago under the “Magpul PTS” brand.
But that’s history now and we’re very happy to welcome the brand new hot of the press all in house made EPM-G from PTS!
The PTS EPM-G AEG for G36 AEG rifles features a constant-curve internal geometry for reliable feeding. It utilizes the same internal components as the former PTS PMAG M Version, and proprietary high strength polymer to ensure durability and performance in all environments.
I gave it a short test run with my ARES G36-K in and around the AMNB office and it performed flawless. Of course, I need to put it more down to use in the future but as you guess it, thanks to Corona in my area, every game site is still closed!
The magazine is available in Black color only at the moment.

I love seeing the EPM-G return with a fresh, in-house design! The history behind the earlier Magpul PTS version makes this new release even more interesting. I’m always curious to see how these updated designs perform in practice, and this one definitely looks like a welcome addition. Basket Random may be my usual go-to for quick fun, but this kind of gear news is a great read too!
