The Kinetic Development Group MREX Rail was developed to greatly enhance the ergonomics, aesthetics, and modularity of the FN SCAR rifle. The latest MkII version of the MREX further refines and improves on the MREX rail design. M-LOK slots now span the entire length of the MREX rail on all three sides (left, right, bottom) which maximizes the rifle’s accessory configurability.
The bottom of the rail extends
past the gas block to allow for a more forward rifle grip and M-LOK mounting slots have been added to the wings
that shield the sides of the gas block for even more versatility. Despite the increased handguard length, the MREX incurs no weight penalty on the rifle.
The PTS KDG MREK MkII comes in 2 lengths and 2 colors: Black and FDE.
The 4.25” MREX is perfect for carbine length SCARs with 14.5” barrels. The 2.2” MREX is perfect for CQB SCARs with 10” barrels. It is designed to be compatible with both Tokyo Marui NGRS AEG and VFC/Cybergun AEG and GBBR SCARs.
