Generally, our customers will receive their ordered item within 7-30 business days (depending on your location). Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours (business days). Saturday & Sunday , All major holidays are not business days. Please check your email for your package tracking number. For HK customer- Free delivery within Hong Kong only via HK Post delivery service.
(Free delivery service is under condition of minimum charge US$50. Balance will be applied for necessary )
For oversea buyer : Shipping fee is the basic cover for non-remote area. Extra charges may apply in certain remote areas , PTS Syndicate Ltd. have right to charge the extra shipping fee even buyer completed the checkout process.
